About Servedio is Serving...
'Servedio is serving' is a small family run catering business which takes great pride in delivering traditional, Italian slow food with personalised service each and every time.
Nino Servedio cooks the traditional Italian food his mother prepared for him as a child.
He uses seasonal produce that is sourced from local providers, ensuring low food miles.
Nino sources free range (happy cows, pigs, sheep chicken and eggs) and cooks his food with love and from the heart.

It’s a vegetarian week
A: Polpettine Napolitano con tagliatelle $15.00 per serve
(and/or a rich Napolitano Sugo for vegetarians without the meatballs)
Large Napolitan meatballs slowly simmered in a traditional tomato sugo, served on a bed of fresh homemade tagliatelle.
HISTORY:
In Italy meatballs are presented in different ways, such as an antipasto or poached in a broth. I prefer this version from the Campania region of Southern Italy

Our summer menu continues with three vegetarian tasting dishes served with one of Niño’s focaccia. The dishes consist of
1. Melanzane al forno (Finely sliced eggplant layered with a rich tomato sugo baked in the oven.) V
2. Involtini di pepperoni arrostiti (Roasted stuffed capsicum rolls)V
3. Ripieni Zucchini (Zucchini filled with various cheeses and herbs and baked in the oven) V
